Speakers for the 2010 National Conference include:

Mark Bouris

Mark Bouris is an Australian businessman who is best known as the founder and chairman of 'Wizard Home Loans', Australia's largest non-bank mortgage lender.

He began his career as a chartered accountant, then spent seven years at a small Sydney law firm specialising in structured finance deals throughout the '80s boom time. But the entrepreneurial and driven Bouris was never going to spend his whole career in professional services; by his early 30s he had established his own property development business.

Mark Bouris came from humble beginnings and credits his parents George and Marsha Bouris with instilling in him the discipline and values that would propel him from the working-class Sydney suburb of Punchbowl to the boardroom of one of the world's largest companies. Mark launched Yellow Brick Road in 2007.

Frank Romano

Turning Point Corporation’s Managing Director and Principal Trainer, Frank Romano, is an internationally acclaimed, award winning, sales professional, and organisational development strategist who has addressed thousands of retail, customer service, management and sales teams in eleven different countries around the world. He has built a team of professionals to support him here in Australia, and around the globe.

John Runko

John Runko is the Chief Executive Officer of the Independent Property Group. He started with the company in 1986 as a salesman and has worked his way through the company structure to his current position.

John's sales results were always outstanding, but it was his strategic planning abilities that ultimately enabled him to reach the top of his profession.

John has always been very heavily involved in the sales and marketing of both new homes and developments and has worked very closely over the years with many of Canberra's most prominent builders and developers. He has been responsible for many of the developments that Independent Group has successfully marketed over the years, and taken these projects all the way from the conceptual stage through to marketing and ultimately construction
.
