REIA Data Cube has been created to provide access to data spreadsheets contained in the Mortgage Choice Real Estate Market Facts and Deposit Power Housing Affordability Report.
Data Cube spreadsheets contain quarterly median values, dating from the beginning of the REIA data collections through to the current quarter, for all capital cities where data is available.
In most cases the data series began in the March quarter 1980 with median values for six of the eight capital cities. Data for Hobart and Darwin were added later as they became available. REIA does not have any data on property prices or property rents prior to the March quarter 1980.
