The Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) has told the Interim Occupational Licensing Advisory Committee (OLAC), that it will stand firm on its long-held position on the need for adequate standards and consumer protection under national licensing.
The Interim OLAC, established under the National Occupational Licensing Authority (NOLA), met last week to discuss matters raised by stakeholders in response to the Consultation Regulation Impact Statement (RIS) on national licensing for property occupations.
