Muted Optimism as Median House Prices Rise

The capital city weighted average median price increased by 1.4% for houses and by 0.6% for other dwellings over the June quarter, according to the Bendigo Bank/REIA Real Estate Market Facts publication.

Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) President, Ms Pamela Bennett says “The weighted average median house price for the eight capital cities is now $519,768.”
